About the Role
Deliveroo is seeking an Account Manager to join our restaurant business brand relationships team. This role involves acting as a consultant to partner restaurants, using data-driven insights and industry knowledge to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage a portfolio of restaurant brands, focusing on building lasting relationships
- →Monitor and analyze performance metrics, sharing insights with partners to identify improvement opportunities
- →Negotiate contract terms to increase supply quality and improve financial performance
- →Plan portfolio strategy to enhance performance, financials, and loyalty
- →Control perimeter P&L, identifying opportunities and risks
Requirements
- ✓At least 3 years of experience in account management or sales
- ✓P&L knowledge and negotiation skills
- ✓Experience creating long-term relationships
- ✓Proficiency with tools and project management applications
- ✓Horeca/restaurants/food market experience is a plus
- ✓Fluency in English is a plus
