About the Role
We are looking for an Italian Speaking Account Manager to join Deliveroo's Restaurants Team. This role involves supporting restaurant partners to grow their businesses through improved delivery operations and customer attraction.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage a portfolio of accounts through desk-based account management
- →Support partner growth through email, phone, online presentations, and video calls
- →Maintain long-term relationships with restaurant partners
- →Liaise between restaurants and internal teams to ensure delivery of solutions
- →Develop accounts to maintain favorable relationships and drive positive outcomes
- →Execute campaigns to improve performance metrics
- →Drive engagement with Deliveroo's marketing opportunities
Requirements
- ✓Track record in account management or similar role
- ✓Ability to quickly understand problems using data
- ✓Creative problem-solving skills
- ✓Excellent phone manner and experience in telephone support and sales
- ✓Enthusiasm for technology and its applications in business
- ✓Fluency in Italian and English
