We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team at Deliveroo. This role focuses on managing strategic accounts and implementing tools to enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage a portfolio of key restaurants in mature sectors requiring expertise and attention
- →Create lasting partnerships by providing Food Tech expertise and being the expert in your zone or city
- →Optimize portfolio profitability with personalized, long-term support backed by data
- →Analyze portfolio performance and take appropriate measures, making recommendations to the Head of Business Unit
- →Suggest and implement marketing and promotional campaigns for your portfolio
- →Monitor operations closely to optimize restaurant and customer experience
Requirements
- ✓2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- ✓Ability to negotiate, anticipate commercial discussions, and maintain a quality portfolio
- ✓Expertise in managing partner portfolios, observing market trends, and providing real-time feedback
- ✓Field expertise, close to partners, with the ability to maintain quality competitive intelligence
- ✓Ability to convince and influence partners to achieve set objectives while upholding Deliveroo values
- ✓Proactive approach with the ability to draw conclusions from results and make relevant recommendations
- ✓Ability to understand and achieve objectives within limited timeframes, showing autonomy and determination
- ✓Ability to implement personalized actions aligned with partner needs and manager directives
- ✓Ability to identify, understand, and analyze commercial and operational performance data
- ✓Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- ✓Ability to build lasting commercial relationships to become the preferred food company for partners
