WHAT YOUβLL BE DOING
Youβll be joining the G&A Sourcing team. We focus on nuanced, highly competitive hiring where success comes from proactive market mapping and engaging passive talent rather than relying on inbound applications.
Hereβs what your day-to-day might look like:
- Design and execute structured sourcing strategies including talent segmentation and market mapping to ensure at least 20% of hires come from proactive sourcing.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Directors and senior leaders, using market insight and data to influence hiring strategies and challenge assumptions.
- Drive data-driven delivery by tracking pipeline health and conversion rates to identify bottlenecks and refine your sourcing approach.
- Engage high-level passive talent through personalised outreach and storytelling, ensuring a premium candidate experience from first touch to offer.
- Maintain operational excellence and tool innovation, leveraging ATS tools (Ashby) and AI-driven sourcing technologies to enhance talent identification and efficiency.
WHAT YOUβLL NEED TO THRIVE
Essential
- Significant sourcing experience gained in-house, within executive search, or a high-performing agency environment.
- Proven track record of senior-level hiring, specifically partnering with Director and VP-level stakeholders to fill Associate to Senior Manager roles.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise credibly on talent availability, competitor landscapes, and compensation.
- Highly data-driven approach, with a demonstrated ability to use insights to improve pipeline performance and hiring outcomes.
- Advanced proficiency with modern sourcing tools, including experience using AI to improve efficiency and a strong understanding of the UK G&A talent market.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity effectively, taking ownership and using initiative to drive work forward and deliver results.
Nice to Have
