About the Role
The Partner Operations Manager at Deliveroo will improve the delivery operations associated with the company's largest and highest volume restaurant and grocery partners. This role involves resolving issues across multiple stakeholders and testing solutions to address them.
Key Responsibilities
- →Improve delivery operations associated with highest volume partners cross-functionally
- →Resolve issues across multiple stakeholders and test solutions
- →Work with the commercial team to equip them with necessary tools to improve site performance
- →Collaborate with the Product team to ensure the voice of the partner is considered in new feature development
- →Expand existing and roll out new partners while ensuring high operational performance for new site launches
- →Manage high impact cross-functional projects
Requirements
- ✓At least 5 years experience in strategy, management consulting, investment banking, operations management or growth
- ✓Ability to build working relationships with key stakeholders and influence
- ✓Analytical skills to identify relevant information and present it concisely
- ✓Innovative thinking to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions
- ✓Project management experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders
- ✓Data fluency with Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and BI tools
