About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Deliveroo, a technology-driven company transforming the way people shop and eat. This role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process across the UAE and Kuwait, advising on interview best practices, and building diverse talent pools.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from creative sourcing to complex closing across the UAE and Kuwait
→Proactively identify opportunities to improve our approach and drive meaningful changes
→Present key hiring metrics, pipeline reporting, and market insights to the leadership team
→Coach hiring managers and stakeholders on long-term hiring plans and serve as an employer brand ambassador
→Identify gaps and develop innovative hiring solutions to scale a diverse and inclusive team
→Ensure a great candidate and hiring manager experience by going above and beyond
→Mentor others to better the whole team

Requirements

✓Best-in-class full-cycle recruiting experience with a creative approach
✓Knowledge of the Middle East talent market and understanding of local employment laws
✓Examples of adapting quickly and driving process improvements
✓Self-reflective with a focus on continuous development
✓Strong people skills and belief in the power of communication
✓Proven effective consulting skills and ability to work cross-functionally
✓Ability to communicate complex concepts simply and clearly
✓Stellar organizational skills, attention to detail, and craftsmanship
✓Fluent English is required
✓Experience hiring for Emiratization is a plus
✓Active UAE residency visa is a must
