About the Role
We are looking for a National Account Manager to manage relationships with Deliveroo's largest restaurant partners. This role involves using platform expertise to grow partners' sales while improving their operations and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- →Monitor and analyze partner performance goals, presenting at review meetings
- →Manage weekly operational meetings and deliver insights during reviews
- →Provide guidance on improving and growing delivery as a channel
- →Increase revenue by consulting partners on best practices
- →Deliver in-person training sessions on operational best practices
- →Identify opportunities to develop relationships with key partners
- →Partner with Commercial Managers to identify growth opportunities
- →Work with marketing counterparts to deliver value-creating campaigns
Requirements
- ✓Experience in account management or strategic partnerships
