About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Sourcer to join Deliveroo’s Engineering Recruiting team. This 12-month fixed-term contract role will focus on finding and engaging top engineering talent to support our growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Proactively identify and connect with top engineering talent using creative sourcing strategies
- →Build and maintain diverse pipelines for current and future roles across multiple functions
- →Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand each role’s priorities and team culture
- →Use data to track sourcing effectiveness and share market insights
- →Actively source from underrepresented communities to improve diversity
Requirements
- ✓2-5 years experience in technical recruitment (agency or in-house)
- ✓Experience sourcing technical talent in product, engineering, or tech environments
- ✓Strong research and sourcing skills with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
- ✓Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- ✓Proactive mindset with a passion for building inclusive teams
