About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to help small and medium business partners grow by combining strategic account management with the use of ads and promotions. This role involves working closely with local restaurants to boost visibility, drive order growth, and improve retention in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Establish excellent relationships with partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement
- →Evaluate, follow up, and build reports of your portfolio and KPIs periodically, taking actions to reach your goals and company OKRs
- →Draw and execute plans to help partners grow through promotions, marketing activations, and menu performance
- →Optimize Glovo visibility through marketing actions with partners, using marketing kits and merchandising
- →Understand, build action plans, and follow up on churned and inactive partners
- →Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and implement customized solutions to meet partners' needs
- →Take full ownership of the partner onboarding process in the App, from store setup to supporting their first days on Glovo
- →Lead new projects and initiatives for better portfolio management and partner experience improvement
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in account management or a similar role
- ✓Strong understanding of marketing and sales strategies
- ✓Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- ✓Ability to analyze data and KPIs to drive decision-making
- ✓Experience working with local businesses and restaurants is a plus
- ✓Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
