About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our North East team in Spain. This role involves being the go-to person for top-tier restaurant partners, ensuring they thrive and succeed with our services.
Key Responsibilities
- →Establish and maintain close relationships with top partners in the city, guiding them through their growth journey.
- →Evaluate, follow up, and build reports of your portfolio and KPIs periodically, taking actions to reach your goals and company OKRs.
- →Draw and execute plans to help partners grow through promotions, marketing activations, and menu performance optimization.
- →Optimize Glovo visibility through marketing actions with partners, using marketing kits and merchandising.
- →Improve Glovo’s revenue through commission renegotiation and selling assets.
- →Understand, build action plans, and follow up on churned and inactive partners.
- →Improve operational efficiency of our partners by ensuring the best service delivery to customers.
Requirements
- ✓Experience in account management or a similar role.
