About the Role
We are looking for a talented and ambitious Ads Sales Specialist to join our Commercial Team. This role focuses on helping local businesses strengthen their presence and expand their reach through data-driven insights and tailored commercial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute commercial strategies to maximize partner growth, increase sales, and strengthen Glovo’s market presence
- →Build and manage a high-performing portfolio of partners, identifying opportunities to boost their sales and visibility
- →Optimize sales performance by analyzing key metrics such as order volume, product sales, ROI on campaigns, and operational efficiency
- →Drive data-backed decision-making—investigate underperforming campaigns, identify sales trends, and recommend strategic improvements
- →Run commercial projects to strengthen Glovo’s position in key areas, ensuring partner success and market share growth
- →Lead internal strategic initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness, pitching success rates, and overall team productivity
- →Engage with partners proactively—call restaurants, pitch opportunities, and negotiate deals to unlock new growth
Requirements
