About the Role
As an Account Manager in the Growth team, you will play a key role in ensuring partner engagement and retention for Glovo. You will be directly responsible for impacting long-tail partners to help them grow, sell assets, and improve user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Draw and execute plans to grow the portfolio through promotions, marketing activations, and selling positioning assets
- →Identify new assets to sell to long-tail partners and implement the entire process
- →Evaluate, follow up, and build reports on marketing activations performance, taking actions to reach goals and company/team objectives
- →Maintain good relationships between Glovo and our partners
- →Contact over 20 partners per day to help them improve their presence on the App
- →Forecast and track key account metrics
- →Work closely with all departments within Glovo Portugal organization and occasionally globally on temporary projects
