About the Role
This role supports end-to-end HR operations, focusing on onboarding, offboarding, and general HR administrative tasks. The position ensures compliance with UAE labor laws and maintains efficient HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the complete onboarding process, including document collection and verification
- →Conduct pre-boarding welcome calls for new joiners
- →Maintain accuracy and timeliness of data entries across HR systems
- →Coordinate government-related formalities for labor contracts and permits
- →Ensure new hires are enrolled in medical insurance and benefit programs
- →Execute structured offboarding processes for departing employees
- →Respond to HR operational queries from employees and stakeholders
- →Manage SIM card issuance and employee benefit administration
- →Provide accurate payroll inputs and maintain employee records
- →Prepare HR operation reports and dashboards
- →Streamline recurring HR tasks and support audits
- →Contribute to HR system enhancements and digitization projects
Requirements
