About the Role
We are seeking a Golang Software Engineer to join the Traffic Engineering team at Delivery Hero. This role involves developing and maintaining critical systems that power our global Traffic Management solution across all Delivery Hero brands.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and optimize the Global Service Mesh, API Gateways, SSL Certificates, Domain Management, Kubernetes Traffic Resources and Cloud Networking Resources
- →Develop and maintain user interfaces, API and infrastructure toolings for operating traffic resources and automations
- →Provide technical support, ensuring seamless operation and troubleshooting of traffic engineering components
- →Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to streamline and automate infrastructure management
- →Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- →Actively contribute to technical discussions, bringing innovative ideas and drive technological improvements through RFCs or other tools
Requirements
- ✓Experience with Golang programming language
- ✓Strong understanding of API development and infrastructure tooling
- ✓Knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud networking resources
- ✓Experience with Infrastructure as Code solutions
- ✓Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to technical discussions
