About the Role
We are looking for a Finance Transformation Lead to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the technology that powers our Finance organization. This role acts as a bridge between Finance Operations, Business, and Technology, ensuring that ERP, automation tools, and data platforms work together as a cohesive ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the Finance Systems and Transformation roadmap, defining vision and prioritizing initiatives by value
- →Lead the end-to-end finance transformation lifecycle, maintaining a value-driven backlog
- →Partner with Finance and Business stakeholders to identify pain points and automation opportunities
- →Ensure alignment across Finance Ops, Tax, Controlling, PMO, and engineering teams
- →Promote a platform mindset with reusable components, templates, and standardized tools
- →Measure value and performance, tracking automation, efficiency, and data consistency
Requirements
- ✓Experience managing finance systems lifecycle from discovery to delivery
- ✓Strong ability to coordinate delivery across Tech, ERP, and Automation teams
- ✓Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- ✓Knowledge of finance operations and technology integration
- ✓Experience with ERP systems and automation tools
