About the Role
You will be a cornerstone of the Global Finance Performance team, reporting to the Global FP&A Manager. This role requires high autonomy in managing complex processes and influencing stakeholders across 22 countries.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive the strategic planning cycle by owning and orchestrating the Global Business Plan and re-forecast processes
- →Influence the investment strategy by translating complex performance metrics into actionable insights for the Leadership Team
- →Act as the primary finance contact for Directors and Heads of departments, navigating discussions with empathy and data-backed confidence
- →Take full ownership of monthly reporting and controlling functions from HQ
- →Implement best practices by identifying successful approaches in one market and scaling them globally
- →Proactively overhaul existing processes using technology and automation
