About the Role

We are looking for a creative and driven Junior Content Specialist to join our Marketing department at efood. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping efood’s voice across channels, creating impactful content that resonates with our audience, drives engagement, and strengthens our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

→Be part of the internal Content team and ideate, create, and curate compelling content across social media, ensuring consistency with efood’s brand voice and visual identity.
→Manage and grow efood’s online community by monitoring comments and messages, engaging with followers in a timely and brand-aligned manner, fostering meaningful interactions, and escalating issues when necessary to ensure a positive customer experience.
→Support content production, including scripting for videos, coordinating video shootings.
→Optimize content based on performance data and audience insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
→Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains high quality standards.
→Stay up to date with digital trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats to keep efood’s communication fresh and relevant.
