About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Operations Manager to join our team and help shape the future of store operations nationwide. This role involves extensive travel throughout Sweden to support and develop employees in our 19 stores.
Key Responsibilities
- →Train and develop store managers to the next level
- →Identify key areas of improvement together with the Operational Excellence team
- →Collaborate closely with the Country Operations Manager and set priorities for the upcoming period
- →Establish operational flow by co-creating clear SOPs and implementing performance tracking
- →Be a natural enforcer of our company values and build a positive work environment
