About the Role
We are looking for a Partner Relationship Manager to handle relationships with top chain partners and drive growth, operational excellence, and marketing plans. This role involves liaising with highly regarded brands, stores, and restaurants.
Key Responsibilities
- →Establish excellent relationships with top partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement
- →Lead strategic Joint Business Plan negotiations with top partners
- →Evaluate, follow up, and build reports of your portfolio and KPIs periodically
- →Prepare deep dive analysis on business topics and design action steps
- →Draw and execute plans to help partners grow through promotions, marketing activations, and menu performance
- →Take action to reach goals and company OKRs (Growth, Revenue, Ops)
- →Increase revenue through commission renegotiation and selling company assets
- →Interact with other areas (operations, marketing, finance) to ensure the best service to partners
