About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our team in Croatia. This role focuses on delivering actionable insights and analyzing data across multiple cities to support operational decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide analytical support to the team by understanding Glovo's operations model
- →Perform analysis to generate insights that help improve Courier KPIs
- →Identify and resolve data reliability issues
- →Serve as the main point of contact for data and reporting
- →Analyze data to maximize courier retention during first deliveries
- →Develop and maintain dashboards and build new tools for metric visibility
- →Create analytical frameworks and models for the department
- →Deep-dive into data to understand KPI improvement levers
- →Evaluate strategic opportunities through quantitative analyses and A/B tests
- →Understand local and regional needs to support operations
Requirements
- ✓Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis
