About the Role
We are looking for a senior leader to join Glovo's Operations team, dedicated to enhancing the experience of our couriers and partners while optimizing overall delivery operations. This role requires a data-focused, analytical professional who obsesses over details and is always looking for ways to improve performance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze data obsessively to identify trends and build successful implementation strategies for our operations
- →Improving and contributing to the upgrading of delivery time, courier efficiency, and delivery costs
- →Close cooperation with the global operations team and General Manager on strategic topics
- →Understand, commit to, and manage supply chain status improvement to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer experience
- →Assessment of strategic opportunities and performance of a wide range of quantitative and qualitative analyses
- →Implementation, standardization, and execution of processes in all cities
- →Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including couriers and third-party logistics
- →Team Leadership & Culture: Develop and mentor team leads, fostering a high-performance culture and growing top talent
