About the Role
We are looking for a People Partner to join the Tech & Product People Partner Team at Delivery Hero. This role focuses on enhancing the employee experience and supporting talent management across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with People Business Partners, COEs, and business teams to create strategies and support processes
- →Support the entire employee journey from onboarding to exit
- →Coach managers and leaders on people-related topics such as Org Design, Talent Review, and succession planning
- →Drive change management efforts and communication strategies for re-organizations
- →Help leaders achieve organizational efficiency with metrics like eNPS, Attraction, Retention, D&I, and ROI
Requirements
- ✓Experience in talent management and employee development
- ✓Strong understanding of organizational design and talent processes
- ✓Ability to coach managers and leaders effectively
- ✓Experience in change management and communication strategies
