Key Responsibilities
- →Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in line with company policies and service levels
- →Serve as a first point of contact for internal teams with procurement-related questions
- →Handle incoming requests via our help desk, providing guidance or escalating issues when needed
- →Support incident and problem management, helping to identify and prevent recurring issues
- →Proactively suggest ideas to make day-to-day processes more efficient
- →Participate in process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects
