About the Role
We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to drive business growth and manage key restaurant partnerships for Talabat. This role involves strategic planning, project management, and team development to maximize market share and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive joint business planning with top accounts to ensure mutual value creation and long-term growth
- →Conduct regular business reviews to analyze partner performance and develop strategic action plans
- →Increase Talabat Go market share through proactive partner migration to Talabat delivery
- →Lead commission rate renegotiations and develop new commercial proposals
- →Lead strategic projects at the emirate or UAE level
- →Mentor and support junior account managers in achieving KPIs
- →Build and maintain continuous relationships with restaurant partners
- →Provide exceptional service support, resolving operational issues efficiently
- →Drive advertisement sales including restaurant branding and digital campaigns
- →Generate new revenue opportunities through upselling Talabat’s services
