About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team at Glovo, a hyperlocal marketplace delivering products in less than 60 minutes. This role focuses on developing strategic partnerships to maximize revenue growth and improve partner profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- βBuild and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with Glovoβs partners, focusing on long-term collaboration and business growth.
- βProactively identify partner needs, challenges, and opportunities, providing tailored solutions to enhance performance.
- βAnalyze partner data to develop and implement customized strategies for revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- βLead negotiations for contractual terms, including commissions, promotional campaigns, and exclusivity agreements.
- βCollaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, tech) to address challenges, drive initiatives, and optimize processes.
- βMonitor and manage KPIs, such as GMV growth, operational performance, and user satisfaction, using reporting tools to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
- βDesign and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) to align on shared goals and achieve measurable outcomes.
- βProactively engage churned or inactive partners, implementing strategies to re-engage and retain them.
