About the Role
We are seeking a Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition Team at Delivery Hero for a 6-month fixed term contract. This role focuses on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to create a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work closely with talent acquisition managers and hiring managers on hiring requests
- →Use various sources including jobboards, referrals, and LinkedIn Recruiter to headhunt talent
- →Conduct candidate interviews and provide feedback
- →Update spreadsheets and tools including ATS SmartRecruiters
- →Perform analysis and create reports using Tableau
