About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SEM Specialist to join our team and scale paid search campaigns across Glovo’s global markets. This role focuses on optimising paid media campaigns to deliver efficient, high-intent customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the growth strategy for one of our key regions (Africa, Eastern Europe, Balkans, or South-West Europe)
- →Optimise and scale paid search campaigns across multiple channels
- →Improve conversion performance across Google Search and Apple Search Ads
- →Oversee media efficiency planning across multiple channels
- →Collaborate with analysts and professionals across Paid Social and App campaigns
- →Analyse KPIs and use insights to build stronger strategies
- →Conduct A/B testing and data-driven pivots to optimise campaigns
- →Partner with Regional Marketing and Growth teams to leverage technical infrastructure
Requirements
- ✓Experience in SEM and paid search campaigns
- ✓Strong understanding of Google Search Ads and Apple Search Ads
- ✓Ability to optimise and scale campaigns across multiple channels
- ✓Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision making
- ✓Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse KPIs
- ✓Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
