About the Role
We are seeking a Manager People & Culture Business Partner to partner with business leaders and support organizational needs across multiple business lines. This role combines strategic, operational, and innovative aspects, playing a pivotal role in managing the people strategy and end-to-end employee lifecycle for Restaurant, Quick Commerce, and Support Functions.
Key Responsibilities
- βLead the development and execution of the People & Culture strategy across Restaurants, Quick Commerce, and Support Functions.
- βServe as a key advisor on all people-related matters, facilitating employee relations and conflict resolution.
- βOwn and execute the Manpower Plan for designated business lines, collaborating with Talent Acquisition and Business Leaders.
- βManage talabatβs talent management process, including performance evaluations, promotions, compensation reviews, and succession planning.
- βDrive on-ground operational excellence in People function, ensuring processes align with Talabat people policies and legal standards.
- βConduct reviews of organizational design to ensure alignment with business growth demands.
- βCollaborate with regional Centers of Excellence to ensure local implementation of regional initiatives.
- βOversee people metrics like attrition figures, diversity ratios, and promotion from within, partnering with business leaders to build actionable talent plans.
- βDevelop and grow team members to support their career progression.
Requirements
- βProven experience in People & Culture or HR Business Partner role.
- βStrong understanding of talent management processes and organizational development.
- βExcellent communication and advisory skills.
- βAbility to lead and manage a team effectively.
- βExperience in driving organizational change and talent development initiatives.
