About the Role
You will own all aspects of the customer journey, identifying pain points and driving solutions that improve customer outcomes. This hands-on role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to execute projects end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- βDevelop and execute a long-term CX vision and roadmap
- βLeverage CX data to uncover customer pain points using cohort analysis, funnel diagnostics, and segmentation
- βBuild clear success metrics for each initiative and run robust pre/post impact assessments
- βTake full ownership of assigned CX programs from problem definition through execution and optimisation
- βShare program updates in a structured, proactive way with leadership and markets
- βWork with Product, Tech, Ops, and Market teams to secure alignment on priorities
Requirements
- β5+ years of experience in management consulting or high-growth start-ups in customer experience, analytics, program management, or strategy roles
- βStrong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL & Excel
- βExperience running programs end-to-end with clear, measurable outcomes
- βAbility to communicate complex analysis simply and persuasively
- βDetail orientation and accountability for impact
