About the Role
We are looking for a Treasury Analyst to support the management of the company’s treasury operations across 23 markets. This role involves analyzing financial data, preparing treasury reports, generating forecasts, and developing cash management strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Maintain stewardship for financial assets and debt, including leadership of cash and investment management functions.
- →Direct development and revision of financial policies for working capital, treasury operations, foreign exchange, and interest rate risk management.
- →Supervise maintenance of internal controls to safeguard corporate assets and systems integrity.
- →Monitor and manage daily cash operations to ensure sufficient liquidity for business operations.
- →Understand regulatory reform impacts and help ensure the company responds effectively.
- →Support implementation of a Treasury Management System.
- →Leverage automation and data analytics to improve treasury workflow efficiency.
- →Coordinate banking relationships and potential RFP preparation.
- →Manage regional cash flow forecast planning, analysis, and reconciliation.
- →Support overseas business units with Treasury and banking issues.
- →Collaborate with Finance divisions including Tax, Accounting, Controlling, Operations, and Legal.
Requirements
- ✓Experience in treasury operations and financial analysis.
- ✓Knowledge of cash management, investment management, and financial policies.
- ✓Understanding of foreign exchange and interest rate risk management.
- ✓Ability to supervise internal controls and ensure system integrity.
- ✓Experience with regulatory compliance and reform impacts.
- ✓Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems.
- ✓Skills in automation and data analytics.
- ✓Experience with banking relationships and RFP preparation.
- ✓Ability to manage cash flow forecasts and reconciliations.
- ✓Strong collaboration skills with various Finance divisions.
