About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at foodpanda. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to build teams across our dynamic region and developing hiring strategies to attract the right talent.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as a strategic regional partner for hiring managers, providing guidance about the external leadership candidate market
- →Share expertise in recruiting, advising on position alignments, interview best practices, and candidate experience
- →Proactively pull hiring metrics from various sources and analyze market trends
- →Lead update meetings on active searches, conduct interviews, and participate in debriefs
- →Perform reference checks and present/negotiate employment offers
- →Market map, source, and contact prospective candidates
- →Partner with the employer branding team to find innovative methods of candidate attraction
- →Ensure a personalized and exceptional candidate journey
- →Assess talents against business requirements and company values
