About the Role
We are seeking an Operations Lead to join our team and report directly to the CEO. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations across Africa Talent and ensuring sustained, optimized performance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide management direction and contribute to strategic planning and policy implementation
- →Oversee daily operations across Africa Talent, working with business leaders to ensure performance
- →Maintain team virtual connections and security through regular system checks and stakeholder management
- →Build and maintain global relationships across the member Firm network
- →Evaluate business performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
- →Lead annual planning, pricing, and budgeting processes
- →Manage financial management and reporting for program and institutional expenditure
- →Ensure timely development and upgrading of financial and operational management systems
- →Provide oversight on administration and operational functions
- →Oversea risk and legal processes with Africa Talent
Requirements
- ✓Strong leadership experience in operations management
- ✓Excellent strategic planning and policy development skills
- ✓Ability to analyze and interpret business performance data
