About the Role
We are seeking a Program Manager to lead a group of project managers in executing a high-impact initiative across the Africa Member firm. This role requires a proactive individual with strong project management expertise and the ability to drive cross-functional execution in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and support the delivery of the project, leading end-to-end execution including scoping, planning, implementation, and post-execution reviews
- →Contribute to the planning and evolution of the Africa Finance Transformation program, ensuring alignment with business goals
- →Support the rollout of SWIFT and GFS technologies and processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams
- →Build and maintain dashboards to monitor progress against deliverables and track key metrics
- →Develop and maintain reporting tools and templates, assisting in data analysis to identify gaps and risks
- →Promote best practices and support knowledge sharing
- →Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and geographies, supporting governance processes
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in program and project management
- ✓Strong business acumen and project management expertise
- ✓Ability to drive cross-functional execution in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Experience with SWIFT and GFS technologies preferred
- ✓Skills in dashboarding, KPI tracking, and reporting
- ✓Experience with budget management
- ✓Willingness to travel to East and West Africa
