About the Role
We are looking for a Game Engineer to join Demiurge Studios and work on developing meta-game features for an upcoming fast-paced, team-based PvP game. You will collaborate with artists and designers to create high-quality systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work closely with artists and designers to understand and define meta-game features and system requirements
- →Implement, test, debug, and maintain source code
- →Review the work of other engineers and provide constructive feedback
- →Provide ongoing support to artists and designers
- →Deliver high-quality, functional systems on time and to specification
- →Make educated trade-offs among scope, quality, and pace
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of professional software development experience
- ✓Experience developing with the Unity Game Engine
- ✓Professional software development experience in C#
- ✓Deep knowledge of algorithms and data structures
- ✓BS or higher in Computer Science or similar discipline, or equivalent experience
- ✓Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
