About the Role
We are looking for a Fullstack Engineering Manager to lead and grow high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment. This role blends technical leadership, people management, and architectural ownership, while remaining close to delivery and technical decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the design and evolution of fullstack systems across frontend and backend.
- →Drive architectural decisions ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- →Mentor and support engineers through continuous feedback and coaching.
- →Partner with Product and Design to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- →Continuously improve engineering practices, tooling, and workflows.
Requirements
- ✓Experience as a Senior Software Engineer, Tech Lead, or Engineering Manager in fullstack environments.
- ✓Strong frontend expertise with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- ✓Solid backend experience with Golang and/or Python.
- ✓Experience designing APIs and distributed systems.
- ✓Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native architectures.
- ✓Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
- ✓Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- ✓Native or fluent English.
