About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our dynamic business unit that has been a customer and business partner of our company since 2019 and is essentially the defining innovation and digitalization service provider of the DTAG group. This role involves developing cloud-based customer service systems and integrations in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• →Develop cloud-based contact center solutions based on telecommunications technologies
• →Use and integrate web technologies (HTTP/HTTPS, OAuth, REST, Web Services)
• →Use and integrate SDKs, APIs, and developer interfaces (e.g., Genesys Cloud REST API or similar CTI solutions)
• →Develop applications and services using modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Java, Angular or similar)
• →Integrate with external systems (e.g., CRM, databases, REST APIs)
• →Support testing and analysis tasks (root cause analysis of errors, performance analysis)
• →Focus on professional development in analytical and architectural directions
