About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team working on GroundOS, a next-generation Universal Display System. This role involves bridging distributed backend systems with frontend UI, focusing on end-to-end type safety and offline-first architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- →Take end-to-end ownership of features, from database design to frontend UI implementation
- →Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS
- →Implement Connect RPC definitions to guarantee type safety from the DB to the frontend
- →Visualize real-time data from NATS streams on the UI without causing render-blocking lag
- →Design and implement "Offline-First" UX patterns, including optimistic UI updates and background request queuing
- →Design database schemas that gracefully support synchronization, conflict resolution, and data merging
- →Collaborate closely with designers to ensure UI flows respect technical limitations like network latency
