About the Role
We are looking for a strategically minded and insight-driven professional to join our Central Employee Survey Team. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, employee engagement, and organizational development, helping to shape how we listen to our employees and translate insights into impactful action.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the design and continuous improvement of global employee survey and pulse programs
- →Interpret quantitative results and build clear, compelling narratives for leaders
- →Transform data into engaging reports, visual summaries, and presentations for executive audiences
- →Formulate hypotheses and shape analytical priorities between People Analytics and HR leadership
- →Drive the evolution of engagement initiatives by translating insights into concrete actions
- →Contribute to the future design of our global employee listening framework
- →Partner with HR Business Partners, Organizational Development, and Communications to embed survey insights in the business
Requirements
- ✓Experience in employee listening, survey management, or organizational development
- ✓Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret quantitative data
- ✓Excellent storytelling and presentation abilities
- ✓Understanding of employee engagement principles and practices
- ✓Experience working with senior leadership and board-level stakeholders
- ✓Collaboration skills to work across different departments
