Key Responsibilities
- →Create and implement end-to-end solutions for customers
- →Define and implement technical solutions aligned with client’s business problems
- →Work on scoping complex service engagements involving multiple ServiceNow products
- →Participate in Agile ceremonies and assess requirements
- →Take responsibility for coding, testing, debugging, and creating technical documentation
- →Understand business needs and consult with stakeholders
- →Work with multiple complex systems on interface/integration implementation tasks
- →Build trusting relationships with project stakeholders
- →Carry extensive technical/economical knowledge about the business area
Requirements
- ✓Experience with ServiceNow platform
- ✓Knowledge of technical architecture and process design
- ✓Understanding of ServiceNow Technical Best Practices and Standards
- ✓Ability to work with complex systems and integrations
- ✓Experience with Agile methodologies
- ✓Strong problem-solving and communication skills
