About the Role

We are seeking a Tactical Sourcer to join our procurement team. This role involves managing the tactical sourcing process from demand clarification to contract closure.

Key Responsibilities

→Clarify incoming demand
→Prepare tactical sourcing initiatives
→Align and finalize standard specifications with requesters
→Create long-lists from preferred supplier lists
→Perform tender and quotation requests
→Conduct short-listing and negotiation with preferred suppliers
→Make awarding decisions and close contracts
→Document tactical sourcing initiatives
→Ensure compliance with rules
→Monitor procurement processes
→Prepare supplier and service provider reports
→Support experienced tactical sourcers
→Manage subprojects for client bids and deals

Requirements
