About the Role
You ensure operational excellence and technical stability across our learning platform ecosystem. This role focuses on connecting projects, recognizing scalable solutions, and continuously improving the platform to enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- βOwn and manage day-to-day administration of our LMS/LXP environment
- βEnsure system stability, performance, and high user experience
- βConfigure structures, permissions, reporting, and content setups
- βIdentify improvement opportunities and continuously enhance platform usability
- βRecognize best practices from one project and apply them efficiently to others
- βAct as expert contact for troubleshooting and solution implementation
- βTranslate business and HR requirements into pragmatic technical solutions
- βSupport integrations (e.g., Teams, APIs, external providers)
- βManage governance and compliance processes
- βContribute operational expertise to roadmap and development discussions
- βSupport and execute platform migration activities if required
- βAct as trusted partner for HR, IT, and business stakeholders
- βDrive topics forward with ownership and follow-through
- βCoordinate with internal IT units and external vendors
- βEnsure alignment and smooth execution across initiatives
Requirements
- βExperience with LMS/LXP platforms and administration
- βStrong understanding of system stability and performance
- βKnowledge of API integrations and external provider connections
- βFamiliarity with governance and compliance processes
- βAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- βExcellent stakeholder management and coordination skills
