About the Role

We are looking for an Agility Consultant to drive change and promote Agile values within our organization. This role involves training, mentoring, and coaching teams to adopt Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• →Trigger the movement and dynamic of change
• →Act as a Change Agent, upholding Agility values
• →Train concepts, knowledge, and skills through interactive learning
• →Mentor individuals with personalized support
• →Facilitate group and individual learning to find solutions
• →Coach teams on Agile values, principles, and practices
• →Participate and dynamize Agile Ceremonies
• →Create and facilitate workshops and events
• →Advise and share Agile methodologies
• →Mentor and coach Agile Teams and individuals (Scrum Master, PO, etc.)
