As a Senior Business Analyst within the Digital Impulse team, you will be a critical bridge between business objectives and technical delivery, driving high-impact digital transformation projects. You will act as a pivotal leader, combining deep analytical skills with effective stakeholder engagement to ensure solutions are perfectly aligned with strategic goals. 
What you will do:
• Requirements Management: Elicit, document, and validate business, technical, and functional requirements across stakeholders and IT;
• Solution Translation: Translate complex business needs into clear backlog items, user stories, process flows, and measurable acceptance criteria;
• Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct workshops, interviews, and detailed stakeholder analysis to accurately capture requirements; actively leading brainstorming sessions and workshops;
• Strategic Alignment: Collaborate closely with IT and business teams to align technical solutions with overarching strategic goals;
• Quality & Assurance: Support testing, validation, and quality assurance of delivered solutions, including documentation quality assurance;
• Project Governance: Contribute to project governance through accurate progress reporting and maintaining requirement traceability.
