About the Role
You will work at public sector clients including Ministries, ZBOs and municipalities. You will be responsible for guiding and coaching multiple Scrum teams and Product Owners to help these teams perform optimally and deliver value to citizens.
Key Responsibilities
- βGuide and coach multiple Scrum teams and Product Owners
- βHelp teams understand and apply SAFe, Agile and Scrum principles
- βSupport organizing user feedback and stakeholder management through demos, sprint reviews, daily scrums and retrospectives
- βEnsure teams effectively communicate and collaborate
- βHelp teams identify and overcome obstacles quickly
- βPromote a culture of continuous improvement within teams
- βContribute to the development and professionalization of the Release Train and Scrum Master field
Requirements
- βExperience working with Scrum teams in complex environments
- βStrong understanding of SAFe, Agile and Scrum principles
- βAbility to manage stakeholder involvement and expectations
- βExperience with daily scrums, sprint reviews and retrospectives
- βAbility to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
- βExperience with Release Train and Scrum Master development
