About the Role
Join our Talent Acquisition team and actively participate in the entire recruitment cycle to identify, attract, and integrate future talents who will support the company's growth. Accompanied by an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, this internship/apprenticeship is a unique opportunity to develop skills in the most innovative sourcing strategies and HR project management.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze and understand each recruitment need
- →Source CVs through our CV databases and job boards
- →Participate in writing and sending personalized approach messages (InMails, emails), and ensure nurturing (maintaining the talent pool) to engage the most relevant profiles.
- →Conduct initial CV screenings and lead telephone pre-qualification interviews to assess the fit between candidates and needs.
- →Ensure the update of the ATS (applicant tracking system) and contribute to the analysis of key indicators (recruitment timeline, sourcing effectiveness).
