About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own our integrations/connectors strategy and help bring AI agent capabilities to life across our AI-powered B2B product. You will bring structure to engineering work and be a strong voice in the room, consistently steering conversations back to strategy and customer problems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Establish and run repeatable product processes including discovery, prioritization, backlog, PRDs/specs, acceptance criteria, and sprint planning.
- →Create strong definitions of done, instrumentation plans, and success metrics for every initiative.
- →Facilitate decision-making and communicate crisply to executives, engineering, design, GTM, partners, and customers.
- →Own the roadmap for core integrations and connectors, partnering with engineering on integration methods and capabilities.
- →Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to run deep product discovery and identify real customer problems.
- →Define and track KPIs for usage, adoption, reliability, latency, setup time, and success rates.
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in B2B SaaS, specifically working with Connectors, Integrations, or API-first products.
- ✓Technical literacy to read API documentation and understand complex CRMs and ITSMs like Salesforce and ServiceNow.
- ✓Business-minded approach with the ability to hold the line against engineering pressure to protect the product vision.
- ✓Genuine enthusiasm for AI Agents and how LLMs interact with external tools.
