About the Role
We are looking for a Platform Engineer to join our team at Dexory, transforming the warehousing and logistics industry through data intelligence. This role involves developing software that interacts with hardware devices and handles complex, real-time data streams across a global fleet of autonomous robots.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling that supports multiple engineering teams with different technical requirements.
- →Design and maintain robust software systems and internal APIs that support robotics operations and data processing pipelines.
- →Lead backend development in Go while contributing to modern front-end interfaces using React and TypeScript.
- →Implement and optimise communication protocols for real-time telemetry and video, utilising WebRTC, WebSockets, gRPC, and Zenoh.
- →Design and manage efficient data storage solutions using PostgreSQL and SQLite, tailored for both cloud and edge environments.
- →Troubleshoot complex issues across the full stack, especially where software meets hardware or runs in Linux environments.
Requirements
- ✓Experience within robotics, startup/scale-up environments, and real-time data.
- ✓Proficiency in Go, React, and TypeScript.
- ✓Knowledge of WebRTC, WebSockets, gRPC, and Zenoh.
- ✓Experience with PostgreSQL and SQLite.
- ✓Strong systems thinking and troubleshooting skills.
