About the Role

We are looking for an IT Security Engineer to join our growing security team at Diabolocom. This role involves working directly with our CISO to enhance our security practices and processes, ensuring compliance with certifications like PCI DSS, SOC2, and ISO27001.

Key Responsibilities

→Maintain and continuously improve security practices, processes, and technical procedures
→Stay updated with the evolving threat landscape
→Conduct compliance activities for PCI DSS and future certifications
→Develop tooling and scripts for scaling security operations and compliance activities
→Promote security culture and awareness across tech and non-tech teams
→Serve as a security referent for product and infrastructure security decisions
→Conduct internal security assessments and audits
→Support tech teams in vulnerability management
→Implement application security measures
→Ensure infrastructure security through IaaC, configuration hardening, and IAM
→Detect and respond to security incidents

Requirements

✓Engineering school with a specialization in IT security or equivalent experience
✓Understanding of technical architectures, cloud technologies, and desktop environments
✓Knowledge of at least one scripting language like Python
✓Passion for tech and cybersecurity with a willingness to learn and grow
✓Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
✓Autonomous, precise, and rigorous
✓Excellent oral and written communication in English
