About the Role
Dialpad is seeking a Corporate FP&A Analyst to support financial planning and reporting across the organization. This role involves building financial models, preparing executive-level reports, and conducting variance analysis to drive informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain consolidated financial models, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasting
- →Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
- →Prepare monthly and quarterly variance analysis and present findings to Finance leadership
- →Produce board of directors, investor, and executive reporting packages
- →Support headcount planning and tracking in partnership with HR
- →Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and scenario modeling
- →Develop and automate reporting dashboards
- →Partner with Accounting during month-end close
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- ✓5–7 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience; SaaS or tech industry experience preferred
- ✓Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
- ✓Strong 3-statement financial modeling and analytical skills
- ✓Experience with FP&A tools like Adaptive Planning or Anaplan preferred
- ✓Strong understanding of SaaS business models and metrics
- ✓Excellent communication and presentation skills
