About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our growing legal tech company. This role will provide hands-on experience in recruitment while supporting our Talent Acquisition team in finding top talent globally.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support full-cycle recruiting across our offices in Canada, USA, and internationally
- →Develop sourcing pools for Sales, GTM, and Engineering functions
- →Shadow senior recruiters in meetings with hiring managers
- →Ensure smooth candidate experience through timely communication
- →Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System
- →Contribute to employer branding efforts
Requirements
- ✓First internship experience in Talent Acquisition (in-house or agency)
- ✓Proficiency with MS Suite and communication tools (Teams or Slack)
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Familiarity with ATS tools (Lever) and recruitment/social networks (LinkedIn)
- ✓Comfortable with data and reportings
- ✓Curiosity and willingness to learn about recruitment
- ✓Team player
